Change of Photographer (again) - Ben Quinton

Another problem has arisen! My photographer Emily is very unwell so I have had to look for another photographer. I was very worried that I would be unable to find someone as Emily was my back-up photographer from Nicola.
I therefore sent out a mass email to photographers and luckily got two photographers who were free to help me out. My sister who has also taken photographs for me in the past (Romantic Soul photo-shoot) has said that she will come up to Bournemouth to help me just in case I do not find a photographer, if not she will take photographs of the behind the scenes documenting the day for me instead.
I chose the photographer who got back to me first called Ben Quinton because I felt his work related the best with what I wanted to create. He is a commercial photography student from the Arts Institute so he has experience working in fashion photography. He sounded very enthusiastic on the phone when I sent him over the brief and the plan I had so I am hoping he will be able to step in quite well.
I think this has proven how important it is to keep organised and to have a good plan. Because I have set up mood boards and have planned exactly what I want to create it has meant that Ben can clearly see what I want to produce and shows him how he can adapt this to how he works. I am aware that things will change now that Emily is not doing the photographs but I am aiming to stick to the original plan for the day at Kingston Lacy and let Ben shoot where he thinks will be best on the set locations.
